| THis is the perfect course for getting back into the groove of racing. The initial three mile run is very flat on nice roads with limited traffic. The bike route follows a very pretty yet somewhat hilly course through Wrentham. (Ok, everything feels hilly this time of year). Then the final run is a quick trot along a shortened version of the course for the initial run. Most likely it will be windy throughout the race! It's a nice course for spectators with a good view of part of the run course. Quadmultisport, the official bicycle mechanic and support vehicle for the FIRM Race Series, will be available at the race venue for minor repairs, and will provide support on the bicycle course.

| This season opener is a perennial favorite. It's a wonderful opportunity to test out early season fitness and get into race mode. The top three finishers for elites, age groupers, athenas, clydesdales, and relay teams will receive medals and prizes. At the awards ceremony, Quadmultisport will hold a drawing for a Quintana Roo wetsuit. This is the first race in the FIRM Grand Prix Series presented by Fuel Belt--the initial opportunity for individuals and teams to start earning points in the grand prix standings. At the end of the year, the points can result in cool prizes for individuals and cash awards for teams.
